With over a decade of experience in the property preservation industry, Carrie has worked with national clients, managed multi-state operations, and helped entrepreneurs build successful businesses. As Founder of Property Preservation Academy, She is committed to providing hands-on training, industry expertise, and ongoing support that empowers students to launch and grow profitable property preservation companies. Through a passion for education and mentorship, She helps aspiring business owners gain the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to succeed in the industry. 

Cameron Johnson

Co-Founder & Lead Instructor

A Houston native, Cameron combines corporate consulting expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and hands-on property preservation knowledge to help students build successful businesses. After earning both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from UCLA and beginning his career with a leading Big Four consulting firm, he entered the property preservation industry and quickly scaled his business to six-figure annual revenue while maintaining a full-time professional career. As an instructor, Cameron is passionate about teaching practical strategies, operational excellence, and proven systems that help aspiring entrepreneurs create sustainable income and long-term success in the industry.

Tiyler Renchie
Operations & Training Coordinator

As the Operations & Training Coordinator at Property Preservation Academy, Tiyler Renchie plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Academy’s daily operations, training programs, and special events. She oversees the day-to-day organization of the business while providing creative direction that helps maintain the Academy’s professional brand and high standards.

Tiyler coordinates every aspect of the student experience, from preparing classrooms and training materials to ensuring each participant receives their starter kit, course resources, and certificate upon successful completion. She also manages the logistics for in-person training sessions and networking events, creating an organized, welcoming, and engaging environment for students, instructors, and industry professionals.

Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and passion for creating exceptional learning environments help ensure every student leaves Property Preservation Academy with the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to succeed in the property preservation industry.
